PROTECTION

Be assured that all of your belongings and property will be well protected. We cover all garden beds, decking and footpaths with high quality drop sheets. All of your garden furniture is covered with plastic prior to commencement of preparation.

RENDERING

Our fully qualified renderer can assist in all your render needs from a whole exterior to fixing up broken down patches of render. Specialising in all types finishes.

PREPARATION

Preparation is the key to success for any paint job. We take this very seriously and will perform all preparation duties to the highest quality. Once completed, we will notify the property owner if anything may need replacing (rotten weatherboards, fascias, etc..)

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

If your lacking in time and need a project management team, we can assist. We can liase with all trades and help get a project over the line.

PAINTING

When quoting our jobs we make sure that following our undercoat stage, two coats are allowed on all surfaces. This assures you with a long lasting job and excellent coverage. All surfaces are sanded between coats to get a great smooth finish.

CLEAN UP

Jordan Painting will take the utmost care of all you gardens, bushes and trees. All garden beds, pathways and furniture will be clear of paint flakes. All lead based paints will be removed from site and disposed of correctly.

BUILDING REPAIRS

We have a fully qualified builder on hand to repair any defects to the exterior of your home, big or small.

SCAFFOLD/ACCESS

Jordan Painting have access to a full mobile and quick stage scaffold for all your access needs. We all hold our current licences for operating both elevated work platforms and scissor-lifts.
